What Is Your Refund | Exchange Policy?

We offer refunds and exchanges to all customers within 14 days of purchase.

Returns:

Please contact us at sales@euvella.com with the subject line:  Refund Request – Order No:[enter your order number here]

In the body section, please state your reason for return.  Upon receipt of email, we will provide you with the return address details to send the unwanted item/s to.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s being returned are defected or not as ordered.  In rare cases like this, Euvella will gladly cover the postage costs for the return.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

Upon receiving the returned item/s, we will examine the product to ensure that the item is still in a unused condition.  Once the return has been inspected and assessed as unused, we will gladly refund the returned item/s within 2 business days.

Exchanges:

Should you wish to exchange your item/s within 14 Days of purchase due to change of mind.

Please contact us at sales@euvella.com with the subject line:  Exchange Request – Order No:[enter your order number here].

In the body section, please state your reason for exchange and to please indicate which item/s you would like to exchange them for.

Upon receipt of email you will have two platforms for exchange:

  1.  In Store: Exchanges can be done at our Root44 Store.  Please to confirm arrangements beforehand via email.
  2.  Online:  Items to be exchanged via our online platform will be required to be returned to Euvella first.  Please note that all exchange shipping costs will be at your expense.  (feel free to contact us should you wish to make use of our couriers for this service).

Should there be a credit balance owed to you due to the exchange, you will be provided with a digital Euvella Gift Card with your credit balance on it.  The gift card may be used either online at www.euvella.com or at one of our outlets.  Should there be an amount owed to Euvella due to the exchange, payment will need to be made before the new items are shipped back to you.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Upon Checkout payments can be made by making use of either 1 of the below methods:

  1. Via our Secure Online Payment Gateway – Payfast.
  2. Via EFT directly into our Bank Account:  Order Number to be used as Payment Reference.

Postage Options

Free Shipping Promotion:  On orders over R500. (Courier – Door to Door Service)

All items that do not form part of the free-shipping promotion will be shipped using our door-to-door courier service at a Flat-Rate of R50 for Main Centre Areas, R99 for Regional Areas and R199 for Remote Regional Areas.

Please note, unfortunately due to the remoteness of Remote Regional Areas, we can not offer free shipping to these post codes at this stage.

To confirm shipping costs for your post code, please make use of the postage calculator in your cart.  The correct postage costs for your order will automatically be presented once you provide your shipping postal code in the cart or checkout stage.

Express Shipping

Need your item tomorrow?

Not a problem, simply select Express Shipping at checkout before our 14:00pm cut-off time and your order will be delivered to your door the next business day by 5pm!

Express shipping costs:

Main Centres: R99

Regional Areas: R145

Please note, unfortunately due to the remoteness of Remote Regional Areas, we can not offer express shipping to these post codes at this stage.

International Shipping

International Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

International Standard Delivery:  R 150 (5-14 Days) 

Please note that international shipping does not form part of the free-shipping promotion at this stage.  All items will be shipped using the SA Postal International Shipping Service for Standard Delivery and SA Postal Expedited Mail Service (EMS) for International Priority Shipping.

Can I Collect My Parcel From Euvella?

Yes, you may collect items free of charge.

Monday – Friday:  From our Durbanville collection point (Local Pickup Option)

Saturday & Sunday:  From our Root44 Store in Stellenbosch.

Delivery Times

We take special care in producing products for our clients.  We also at the same strive to give our clients a quick turn-around time, so therefore once we have received payment your product will be shipped off to you within 1 Business day.  Typical delivery times vary from city to city but one can work on a estimate of 2 Business Days transit time for Flat Rate Shipping.

Express Shipping:  Delivery will take place by 5pm the Next Business Day.  (Cut-off time for express shipping orders are 14:00pm to ensure delivery can take place the next business day).  If express shipping is selected for orders placed after 14:00pm cut-off time, the order will be delivered the Business Day after next.

Parcel Tracking

All orders shipped to clients will receive a tracking number.  Once an order has been shipped off a tracking number will be supplied and may be used to track your parcel via our Courier Online Service Online-Parcel-Tracking.  Just enter in your tracking number to track your parcel.

What is Payfast?

PayFast is a secure payment processing service for South African websites. Payfast enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.

With PayFast, buyers can make secure and instant online payments to sellers for goods and services. Buyers don’t pay anything to use PayFast.

Credit Cards are well known and a de facto online payment method the world round. Payfast processes local and international credit cards, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect you against chargebacks.

What is a Backorder?

A back-order allows a customer to purchase an item whilst the product is temporarily out of stock.  As items are hand-made there may times where a product might be temporarily out of stock due to high demand and we therefore have to produce new stock on a weekly basis to keep up with the demand.

As soon as the item are back in stock any back-orders will be shipped out before anyone else has a chance to purchase those item/s.

Highly recommended to make use of this feature if you want that special Euvella piece as items can sell out fast.

Ring Orders

Our sterling silver and rose gold plated rings are made to order. Therefore please allow 10 business days for all ring orders as they are elegantly and beautifully made just for you. 🙂

Jewellery Care Tips

To enjoy your beautiful jewellery pieces for a long time, it’s good to remember the following:

CLEANING

SILVER JEWELLERY –  Clean with a soft cloth and with a metal cleaning agent such as silvo/brasso or a special impregnated jewellery cloth such as SILBO.

ROSE GOLD PLATED –  Clean your gold or rose gold plated jewellery periodically.  Avoid rubbing and clean gently.  Using a SILBO gold cloth is recommended.

MAINTENENCE

ROSE GOLD PLATED – All rose gold plated jewellery should be removed when exercising, swimming and showering.  Water, soap, body lotions and chemicals can lead to plated jewellery developing a dull appearance and residue build up over a period of time.

STORAGE

Store all your precious metal jewellery individually in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewellery types.
