We offer refunds and exchanges to all customers within 14 days of purchase.

In the body section, please state your reason for return. Upon receipt of email, we will provide you with the return address details to send the unwanted item/s to.
Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s being returned are defected or not as ordered. In rare cases like this, Euvella will gladly cover the postage costs for the return. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Upon receiving the returned item/s, we will examine the product to ensure that the item is still in a unused condition. Once the return has been inspected and assessed as unused, we will gladly refund the returned item/s within 2 business days.
Should you wish to exchange your item/s within 14 Days of purchase due to change of mind.

In the body section, please state your reason for exchange and to please indicate which item/s you would like to exchange them for.
Upon receipt of email you will have two platforms for exchange:
- In Store: Exchanges can be done at our Root44 Store. Please to confirm arrangements beforehand via email.
- Online: Items to be exchanged via our online platform will be required to be returned to Euvella first. Please note that all exchange shipping costs will be at your expense. (feel free to contact us should you wish to make use of our couriers for this service).
Should there be a credit balance owed to you due to the exchange, you will be provided with a digital Euvella Gift Card with your credit balance on it. The gift card may be used either online at www.euvella.com or at one of our outlets. Should there be an amount owed to Euvella due to the exchange, payment will need to be made before the new items are shipped back to you.
